Today I got off work and went to the gym about 6pm. Did 5mins of walking, then 4 mins of jogging at 5.5mph/11mins per mile, then 30mins of walking (no idea why I jogged, just sort of felt like doing it.)
Then got home, ate dinner, and around 8:30 felt this sudden burst of energy and motivation. Changed back into my gym clothes, walked out the front door, walked for 5 mins, jogged for 2 mins, walked for 5mins, jogged for 3mins, walked for 3 mins, jogged for 3 mins, walked for 20 mins.
At my weight and age, SP (as well as a couple other online calculators I consulted) say I burned about 850-880 calories between those two workouts.
BAZINGA!!! I feel awesome!!
PS- because of the walk I took yesterday (Sunday) morning, my SP exercise tracker now says I only have to burn 85 more calories this week. And I'm only 2 days into the tracking week! I am totally going to double my calorie burn allotment this week.
