I have lost almost 70 lbs in the last 2 years...I know its been slow but it is something my doctor recommended...plus have lost both parents last year and have went through many ups and downs...I also quit smoking 3 yrs ago and have come off a lot of pain medication for Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome...I also have Diabetes 2 and Chronic Migraines and have multiple other medical problems...I was bed-bound for 15 years and started walking 3 years.... Ok I have a general question : it says I need to eat between 60-70 grams of fat a day but have only been eating like 22 grams...is that bad do I need more fat...and like what? and going over on fiber is bad it says? So Could use some input...
