No I have not thought of setting up a spark page. emoticon . There seems to be a lot to chose from and places to go. I will get the hang of it one day at a time. emoticon
Thank you for th suggestion.

Have you thought about setting up a Spark page for yourself? It's a great place for fellow Sparkers to leave you comments & goodies to encourage you. And maybe looking at your accomplishments and ticker will keep you encouraged too! Or giving yourself a Goodie is fun too!

And, hey we all mess up, just stick with SP, and you'll be able to get right back on track!

Thanks for the welcome. There is a lot for me to learn here. All sorts of places to check into.
If I could only figure out how to post a picture or avatar. Later on that.

Hi everyone! I have had the best time on Sparkpeople.com and have recommended it to all my friends. It's a no-brainer!
I read article after article and print recipes to try and log in my weight daily. Love spinning the wheel for SparkPoints!
I am amazed at the amount of information that is out there! The reason I am scared now is this:
I am nearing a huge milestone for me, about to drop below 150 for the first time since I can't remember when and I am nervous! I can't wait to see 149 or even 149.5 on the scale display but then what? I have 7 pounds left to go and I don't want to blow it! Why can't I be happy and proud of my accomplishment instead of worrying about messing up at this stage?
