that gives me hope then as I've got worse the last couple of years - which coincides with my putting on lots of weight, hmmm...didn't think they might be connected, but I'm thinking now!

I've only been doing this one week and have horrible PMT today - see my 'help!' post this morning - so it would be great if this helps me level out again.

Congratulations! I know exactly what you mean. My husband didn't believe I had started this month since there was not the emotional torture the days leading up to it.

I have such terrible pms that once a month I tell my husband that we are getting a divorce (not really-but almost)! Now that I am eating healthy and exercising, my symptoms are minimal. I have successfully made it through the month as a happily married woman!!!
