Thank you all. Sorry I just dropped off the face of the earth the last few days. We put my cat to sleep on Tuesday night and it has been kinda rough. Im back now and ready to get this show on the road!

So glad you are here.Take it in small steps every day that you can live with permanently. When I started, I tracked everything I ate and drank and I mean everything. While doing that I worked on getting a little more active each day.
After a couple weeks of being active, I reviewed my nutrition tracker to see my habits and decide where I could make healthier choices or simply reduce portion sizes.
There is SO much information here as far as health related articles, healthy recipes and free workout videos. Some videos are as short as 7 minutes.
So right now, commit a small act of power, walk laps around the house for five minutes then grab a glass of water, there's your start.
Have faith in yourself! You guys are becoming great role models for you kids by making yourselves healthy!

Hi my name is Jessy and I am 27 and I am tired of being obese! I weigh just as much now as I did 2 days before giving birth to my last child! I need to change this. I have no self esteem left and I honestly hate looking in the mirror. My husband is obese too and we are trying to fix this. I don't feel confident or beautiful like I used to. Heck half the time I don't even put on normal day clothes I opt for sweat pants and a tee shirt... I don't like who I have become and I don't like where I will end up if this doesn't change! I have never been that "skinny girl" I have a large bone frame thanks to my father's genetics lol I just want to feel good again. I have tendinitis, my spine is curving slightly and will only get worse with age if I don't fix this! I am one of those people that needs support. If I don't feel like exercising I need someone to say "Hey get off your ass and do it!" Sometimes we all need that little extra push. I am great at motivating others but not myself.
