I am new to spark people, just figuring out the website. I am looking forward to trying something that may work. I know someone who has been on spark people for 2 years and has lost 100 pounds, and asked him about the site. I am a yo yo dieter, and recently had a back injury that has kept me off work and no activity...mixed in with steroids I have gained 13 pounds in the last 5 weeks. I am going to start and try, try, tray to shed 50 pounds!!!!!!
