hi, I am new at sparkpeople. i am looking forward to the challenge ahead but i am not sure how to start on Stage 1.
the overview says there are 4 stages and i read about the diet at stage 1 and what to do to get started but i don't know how long i need to be on each stage and how do i know if i am ready for stage 2.
