Hello everyone,

well, I am here because I need another tool to help me reach my goals. I saw this website in a magazine and thought what the heck, I might I as well give it a try. I have never done anything like this before, but I am motivated to change my life ~ that is when it comes to obesity.
I have read that it is important to have some support during this journey, which I have in my personal life, but sometimes we need something more. So with your help I hope that I can finally achieve my dream goal.
Good luck to everyone. I don't check blogs that often, but am making a point to do it everynight after I get home from work and before I start my classes.
