Neenah. This is a great place to get information, support and encouragement. I suggest you set up a sparkpage and make it public so people can get to know you and cheer you on. I've found using the nutrition and fitness trackers very helpful in my journey to lose weight and get fitter. You can go to the videos under the articles and videos tab at the top of the page and there are videos telling you how to use them. I also recommend doing the welcome guide because it will help you learn all there is available here.

Hi I am 41 yrs old, married to a wonderful man for 21 yrs now:)
I lost 60 lb in 2009 and kept them off for 3 years till I fall sick and started to gain them all back!!
I know I can do it again and lose the weight but I just need the support and love to support others as well.
I am a positive person who's very thankful for God's so many blessings in my life. I'd like to feel in control over my weight which affects me a lot.
