Good for you Exile, my sentiment is the same. I am sick of feeling ashamed and worrying I'll run into someone I know. I'm sick of having nothing that fits me and the few things that do, I don't enjoy wearing. The odds are much more stacked against me because I am a woman in her 40's with NO metabolism. *sigh* But we got this Exile!! We will prevail.

Hi there! I'm a 24 year old male who is in the professional field.
I am here to get my body back, I used be in amazing shape before I started a desk job and bought a house. Now all I do is eat a lot when I get home. It seems like an addiction to me. I also got a puppy and take her on walks every day for 30 minutes but that does not help my weight loss.
I used to be 155 and now I am 187 and its embarrassing. I need motivation, very hard motivation because I have none. I feel as if I failed to keep my weight in check. If you guys have any tips for me to get back in shape I would appreciate it.
