It could be related to hormones. I started seeing an anti-aging MD who does natural supplements to balance hormones. It's been 2 months since I started with her. I am finally loosing lots of inches.

If it is going to be it is up to me !!!

I am 49 years old and am looking forward to succeeding at getting back to my goal weight. I currently weigh 140 pounds and want to be down to 115 by mid-August. I have been attending Weight Watchers for months and I can't seem to get my weight to budge. I am going to do my best to follow this program and hopefully I can figure out what I am doing wrong. I appreciate your support emoticon
