Hi Caitlin - obviously this episode is under control now, but do you have anything in place for when it happens again? (both the binging and the panic attack!)
Do you use the Nutrition Tracker. If not, it can help you to stay on track. Is it possible that you often don't eat enough or enough protein to help reduce the hunger/binge? Learning some good breathing techniques and other techniques to help you through the the panic attacks will be very beneficial for you overall!
