sometimes when I use Google Chrome, I'm unable to use the tabs in the "add cardio" area, but when I use explorer, I have no problem.... my advice is to try a different browser if you have the option

Just write it down in a little notebook or calendar for yourself, lots easier, realistic, no worries when the power goes out. You have a long time to do this, don't you?

From your start page, click on "Track My Workout." There you will see a box that says "What did you do today?" Type "treadmill" in that box. When you hit enter it will list several different speeds and inclines. Click the one that best matches your workout. Then a box will come up where you can enter the number of minutes. Type your minutes then click "Add to Exercise Tracker." The site will automatically figure your calories burned and you will see the totals below the box where you typed your exercise. You can add any other exercise the same way.

I really have tried to put my exercising in I have no idea how to do the find out how much I burned. I go to planet fitness an I do the treadmill 60 minutes. Cardio workout 30 minutes an bike 30 minutes. I have no idea how to do the fitness tab. I have tried an I just don't get it.
