The Pilates is FANTASTIC for helping tone the tummy area. Glad you have found something that is helping :-)

I have been taking long walks for cardio both in the mornings and evenings. I am also easing into a Pilates routine. I have noticed my lower belly pooch actually getting smaller!

I will keep at it with the walking and Pilates!

Here's to 6 pack abs!
