I have thought about the goal I posted earlier about losing 100 lbs by Christmas of this year and I have decided to change it to July of next year because I don't want to lose weight that fast. I have already lost weight to fast and I am not maintaining it by eating the right kinds of food and leaving the junk food alone. I had a doctors appointment the other day and I am happy to say that the test results came back good. No Cancer in my bowel which is great for now. I have to leave the processed foods alone which means no more hot dogs, pepperoni or processed hamburgers for me.
I even was put on multi- vitamins with folate so now I have to take one a day and i know that I should have been on them before now.
I am eating more fruit and vegetables now and i even have my kids doing the same thing because if i can do it so can they.
My new schedule for next week which is march break is
1. get up at 8 am my time
2. eat a healthy breakfast
3. do some house work
4. go for a 1 mile walk
5. eat a healthy lunch
6. do some exercises with my weights
7. clean some more
8. go for another 1 mile walk
9. try and do 30 minutes of zumba
10. eat a well balances dinner
11. relax for the rest of the night.
If I can keep this schedule for March Break then I will be able to do it everyday after that.,
