I am back as well. I read Spark's book, just got my spark tracker. I have a little more to shed than you. I'm at 260 and my goal is to try and shed 50 lbs by June. I'm ready to work hard. On November 5th, my sister weighed 310 and just had gastric bypass and is having a rough time. I can't do it. I want to do this right. Good luck to you!
