I'm back to try again, I am like alot of people I start out really strong and then I fizzle get board or just plainly cheat. Then I am not honest with myself so I figure why continue, but recently a close family friend who was 58 was out shovelling snow on his roof collapsed and died of a heart attack.
I have problems with high cholesterol so need to loose weight but my big thing is to get motivated to exercise.
I recently bought the dvd set "10 minute trainer" I was wondering if anyone has used it, what they thought of it and did they have success using it?
