Hi everyone!
Havent been around much I managed to get food poisoning and I am still recovering. It was absoluting horrible. So as for the ten minute trainer it has to take a back seat to I am fully back on my feet at least that is what the doctor told me and really I do not think I have the strength to exercise right now.

So here is to recovery then exercising!!!!!!!

Way to go on coming back! I too am returning to try to get to a healthier weight. I have not used the 10 Minute Trainer, but would love to hear feedback if you like the program or not!

Hey everyone!

I'm back to try again, I am like alot of people I start out really strong and then I fizzle get board or just plainly cheat. Then I am not honest with myself so I figure why continue, but recently a close family friend who was 58 was out shovelling snow on his roof collapsed and died of a heart attack.
I have problems with high cholesterol so need to loose weight but my big thing is to get motivated to exercise.
I recently bought the dvd set "10 minute trainer" I was wondering if anyone has used it, what they thought of it and did they have success using it?

Hope to here from everyone seen
