salt is a problem for me too, I always watch for the sodium and try my best to always go with 0, just because something says low sodium doesn't mean it's true so watch that too.

Thank you JAMBABYO. Thank you for your support. The only issue I am having right now is that no matter what I do I am taking in to much salt. I do not even add salt to my food. I guess the so called healthy foods I am making still has to much salt for me. We have not been eating can food. I just have to watch things a lot more where salt is concerned. Thank you.

I am here but I have been here before years ago. I used the food and exercise tracker. Now I am here trying to use all of it. I am trying to use all the this site has to offer now. I have gotten a lot out of using the coach's. The recipes are also helping to eat better and healthier.
