I have a sweet tooth so I have found that Fiber Plus bars do the trick for me. I keep a lot of fruit on hand at work, and cheese snacks for protein. I use bagel thins now for breakfast with cream cheese. Best of luck to you

I love fresh cherries or frozen grapes..... As for the arthritis, swimming in warm pools would seem to work. I ride an exercise bike that puts less stress on my legs than running....
