Hi There and Welcome!

Sparkpeople should be sending you a series of emails with helpful direction to make it as straightforward as possible to get on the right track. I think they have a sparkcoach option as well that does cost something after the first month free, but maybe that could be appropriate encouragement as well.

In any case, best of luck on achieving your goals, and be sure to reward yourself with non-food rewards, for achieving your goals, and just for sticking to plan!

Good evening! Boy do I need support. Let me tell you a little about me. I live in AZ. I had lost 75 lbs doing WW. I started that journey in 2008. I thought life was good the realized it wasn't. I made a decision to divorce. Then I regained about 50 lbs of the 75. In tried WW a second time and it just wasn't working. Or better yet, i wasn't working the program. I quit that and now I'm just struggling. I want to loose at least 50 lbs. I know what I need to do. I know I can do it. I just need motivation and guidance. Eating 3 donuts in a day just doesn't work! Ha!
