That's a good goal, controlling stress.
Stress can be very bad for our health and it can undermine all of our goals.

You can be happy even when life is unpredictable. There are just so many things in the world which we cannot control. If we work on the things we can control and just deal with the things we can't, then there is hope for keeping stress to a minimum and becoming the healthiest person we can become.

I am usually a happy kind of person but in the past year I have been going through life not knowing what is around the corner until I get there. I use to be a skinny women of 135 lbs and now I weigh in at 230. yes I gained some weight back and now I have to fight to loss it all over again. I am starting to eat 3 meals a day now and I am exercises 5 times a day, going for long walks and biking everyday with my kids. I am happy that my kids wants to go with me. my oldest son weighs 245 lbs and he use to weigh 265 lbs so now he is on a healthy food kick like me. my youngest son is going to loss a little weight as well.
I know that you are never to old to try new things and the one thing I am going to try is to keep my stress levels under control.
