I am never hungry until I have been up for at least 3 hours...hahaha by then its time for lunch!

not me. I like breakfast. You should eat that because you have been probably over eat in the bad foods later in the day.

I am not very happy to eat in the morning but I gobble down Greek Yogurt before I go to work. I love my coffe!

I never used to eat breakfast until I started working out. Most morning after my workout I am hungry, but some mornings I'm still not. On the mornings I'm not, I'll have just a banana and lots of water to get my body going.

i don't normally like breakfast but I've started having a slimfast shake which i enjoy and when the weather gets warmer i blend it with ice its so yummy

Oh me too!! I hate eating in the morning. I get up at 5:30 am for work and can't bear the thought of eating till at least 9:30... And I'm not even slightly hungry in the morning. I know I should probably try harder to eat earlier... But if I'm not hungry, is that a good idea? Who knows. Nice to know I'm not alone in my dislike of breakfast!

I have put myself on a 1200 ish calorie diet via Sparkpeople. I SHOULD be hungry in the morning, but I am not. I work till midnight so I am not an early riser. I have to make myself eat in the morning... Anybody else like me out there? If so I'd like to hear from you emoticon
