I am so sorry for the loss of your mom! Mine died of cancer almost 19yrs ago, so I know how tough it is. But I am so glad you have decided to focus on YOU!! If you follow SP's recommendations for nutrition & fitness, and never give up, you will amaze yourself at what you can achieve!!

Hi and welcome. So glad you are here to make a change! Get familiar with everything here and join some teams. Teams are good for motivation, support and accountability. I am adding a couple of links to teams you may like. You should also put the 1st number of your age followed by a 0 then the word something in the team search bar to find a team that you may like. Example - "30 something", good luck on your journey

Hello everyone i have an emotional eating is my biggest problem with stress eating . I just lost my mother 2 years ago and i was her caregiver for 10 years and i concentrated on her and pushed my emotion/stress eating aside. Well I am trying to reclaim Me and I have to say it is nice not to be alone in this weight loss journey. from what i calculate i have 140 lbs. to loose it will be hard at times but even if i lose something i will be happy and learn how to eat healthy.
