In the past, I would work out for a few days and hit a recovery day... Then I would stop. Recovery day would turn into recovery week, or months. Today, for recovery I did a lite jog on the treadmill for 20 minutes, and am pumped for getting back at the hard stuff tomorrow! Thanks for the encouragement everyone!

The only thing i have to lose is weight!
