excellent. i did too. in spite of being very very tired to the bone, i also went and visited a friend who lives far away, fought traffic and all…feels good to take care of things.

Good for you!
The hardest part is getting started. I've bargained my way through some workouts: Do just 5 minutes and you can take a hot shower....5 more minutes and you can watch TV...5 more minutes and it will be 30 minutes and you will be done LOL

Hope the heartburn and sore muscles are better.

I had severe heartburn, tired and was just not in the mood to work out. Doing cardio with a heartburn is no fun. But I did my 30 minutes and now I have no regrets. I am glad I got through it.
