Here's another "me too". I am amazed at how full I feel after what is obviously a MUCH smaller meal than I used to eat. I get hungry - really hungry - after a few hours and then I have another healthy small meal. The weirdness of this has just begun wearing off for me.
It keep me from snacking - spreading my calories out during the day.

If you hear (or see) something enough you begin to believe it. I am not an emotional eater. I am a healthy eater. I now eat small healthy meals. I need a lot of reminders so I hope you will post "me too" so we can be reminded all day long.
