I met my first goal of 220; weighing in yesterday at 218.8lbs. That puts me at 34.6lbs under my top weight...That's like saying I lost 7 small bags of sugar. Woohoo! I set up the next goal (210), and I'm ready to make my way there!
It also means I get my first reward from my little reward chart; The Spark Cookbook, as a little boost to keep me motivated.
