I love to journal but I'm unfamiliar with this group's journal format.
Since I've joined SparkPeople, I find it difficult to eat according to portion size. It's been a nightmare just trying to stay away from candy over this past weekend. As a result, I've gained 4 pounds. But, I have resolved to struggle through the hard times, knowing that the good times show up once in a while in my life.
Today I feel good about eating the right amount of calories. So I celebrate this small success.
