I don't have a lot of suggestions for chocolate for you, since I don't know what may be available in your area, and since I have the added restriction of the chocolate having to be dairy free for me. A lot of the chocolate I now buy is from small chocolatiers who may not distribute very far.
Purdy's does have some very good dark chocolate with a high cocoa butter percentage though, and should be readily available, online if not locally for you. If you want the melt on your tongue sensation, a high cocoa butter content is essential, especially if you're aiming for the high cocoa percentages.
Otherwise, trial and error, and reading labels, will help you find something that works for you.

I'm not much of a hot cocoa/hot chocolate kind of person. It tends to give me a upset stomach.
I make homemade hot cocoa. I use high quality cocoa powder- Ghiardelli Dark- and a tiny splash of vanilla extract. I use 1 cup of hot water and 1/4 cup of 2% milk. I've also made it with 12 ounces of skim milk, but I prefer the water/2% mix.
I usually drink it without any sugar, for a coffee-like drink, but sometimes I will add 1-3 teaspoons of sugar if I want a dessert type drink.

I've found that my occasional craving for chocolate is satisfied by either no-sugar Hot Chocolate mix (made with half milk/half water)...or 100cal Fudgescicle bar.... Being either hot, or frozen, takes a bit longer to eat and enjoy too! (And I'm one of those who wouldn't stop at just a small part of that great dark chocolate bar! LOL) patti

Unsweetened cocoa powder is actually high in protein and really healthy! Love to add it to my oatmeal and protein shakes.
I second (third, fourth, fifth, whatever) the others who suggested going with a high quality, preferably dark, chocolate. It is possible to find high percentage dark chocolates that melt on the tongue just like milk chocolate does, if you're like me and crave the sensation on the tongue almost as much as the taste of the chocolate. I found that knowing the price tag on the chocolate I had bought actually helped me make it last. Scarfing a $5 (or more!) chocolate bar in one sitting would make me feel horrendously guilty, as opposed to back in the good old days when I was buying cheap chocolate bars for a $1 or less each.
Another alternative I've found that really satisfies the chocolate craving for me, is dark chocolate almond milk. It tastes a bit like drinking chocolate covered almonds, which have always been a favourite of mine.

Thank you everyone for the feedback. It's all so helpful. I find it harder to handle the craving around certain times of the month.. Lol.. I'm gonna try to just keep a little bit in the fridge (dark chocolate) I myself don't know if I can just be happy with one small piece so we shall see lol wish me luck!

I used to be a chocolate addict. I mostly cut out chocolate because I can't stop at just one square or nibble and I'm not a fan of dark chocolate. It's ok, I guess... but just doesn't compare to a Reese's cup. I used to get cravings for chocolate but since I cut it out drastically from my diet, I don't crave it. I don't get the "I gots to have it!!!"'s. My husband occasionally gets one and it used to just kill me watching him eat it in front of me but now I could care less.
I mostly just use unsweetened cocoa powder and chocolate chips. Don't get me wrong... I'm not saying I will never touch a chocolate bar again. I just know that if I eat them fairly regularly, the cravings are going to return and it's just one of those things that are very difficult for me to stop eating.

My recommendation is to not fight the chocolate cravings... to an extent. I have a major sweet tooth and a particular weakness for chocolate. A square or two of high quality dark chocolate is not something to be afraid of if you don't go overboard. Typically better quality dark chocolate is so rich that you won't feel like you need a lot at one time. One bar lasts me a week. My two absolute favorites are Endangered Species Dark Chocolate (72%) with Sea Salt and Almond and Endangered Species Dark Chocolate (72%) with Cacao Nibs. They go on sale frequently at the grocery store I shop at.

Do bear in mind that not all chocolate is created equal. There's some evidence to suggest that chocolate itself has antioxidant properties; it's all the fat and sugar in it, especially in cheap chocolate bars, that's detrimental. If you like dark chocolate, get yourself a bar of quality, high-cocoa dark chocolate every once in a while. Good quality chocolate has the added benefit of being satisfying in smaller quantities, so you're less likely to gorge yourself on it.
Personally, I don't like dark chocolate, but I *do* like Green & Black's 34% cocoa milk chocolate. It's got more of a chocolatey flavour than normal milk chocolate, so, again, it's satisfying in smaller quantities. It is more expensive than a bar of cheaper chocolate of comparable size, but like I said it's also more satisfying so it lasts longer. I also find it helps to keep my chocolate in the fridge, because it's out of sight (and therefore out of mind), and it takes longer to eat, so a smaller amount is satisfying.
In short, eat quality chocolate, in small quantities and not very often.
