Congrats! And way to go with resisting weighing yourself for 3 months- I bet that made your 15 pound victory that much sweeter!

I bet you made his day--and his scale made yours better--even though you KNEW you were doing well.

Keep it up. I wish you every success.

So, last week I had my usual 3-month checkup...blood and lab work was better than usual. Pressure....down. Cholesterol...up and down, depending on hi or lo and which was which. Sugar...down. Everything was looking good, until the doc said they "forgot" to weigh me.

SO, I got on the scale, while he was shaking his head (as usual) and saying "we have to do something to get you to lose weight". Well...in three months, my weight (on HIS scale) was down 15 pounds!!!!

Not only was HE shocked, but I couldn't believe my eyes!!!! I was determined NOT to get on my scale at home and to wait until his visit at three months and see what happened now that I'm tracking my food on here.

Sure makes me want to continue!!!!

Thanx, Spark.com....I LOVE YOU!!!!! emoticon
