I'm a stay at home mom and I rarely get time to myself.. but I told myself this morning when I woke up that before 10am I would complete at least a 30 minute cardio workout NO IFS ANDS OR BUTS! I did it and I feel FANTASTIC! So far I've only eaten really fresh and juicy fruits so I'm going to get to eat an amazing dinner tonight. This is a great way to start my day and hopefully I can continue it. :)
