Great!! Even when I was a teenager and in shape it would just about kill me to have to run, so I extra admire someone who can do it!

I normally take a 40 min walk for my cardio exercise. Last night I pushed a little harder and jogged for 10 min of the 40!! ME JOGGING. I never thought I would see the day when I could jog for more than 1-2 min without "dieing". And I have no ill effects this morning, I feel great and really proud of myself.
