I'm only into my third week with Sparkpeople, and already I can see a difference in my body. My goal is to lose 15 pounds. So far I've lost 3 pounds. Yay me

. But it's more than just the number on the scale that I'm pleased with. It's the fact that when I pinch my sides, I can actually feel the difference in my love handles! Not as much to pinch as there was three weeks ago! This has motivated me to continue with my strategy to work through the pain of exercise and the discipline of eating healthy.
