Thanks! Walking is my "relaxer" of choice but we are in the middle of a freak heatwave. It's a staggering 108 degrees here in RI. They are warning people not to go outside. :(

so until that clears up I have been challenging my sadness with dancing and graphic design.

Good on you. You have a great attitude, which is part of the battle.

Are there other things you can do when you are sad/frustrated? Take a long shower or bath, go for a walk, ring a friend, paint your fingernails etc.
It might help.

I have been away for awhile. I have been on and off lots of medications for depression lately and they have sent my appetite and energy levels all over the place. But, I refuse to give up. I am gonna fight through the side effects and not lose all the progress that I have made. I have to remember to stay patient. I will find the right med sooner or later and eating out of sadness and frustration until I do solves NOTHING.

I have successfully tracked my foods and stayed within my ranges for three days straight now! I can do this!
