I did go and check it out. It seems that you need to be referred either by your employer or your physician.But what little I was able to access, it looks great!

I see you are at 136# so unless you are 4'10" that is a good weight, and I am sure you will get down to that goal where you want to be. I see SO MANY people on here who are at 236# or more, so you are doing fine. It is SMART to stay slim NOW and for the rest of your life.

On Monday I went to a meeting where at my health &wellness coach introduced a program at SIMPLYWELL.COM, it was very interesting after the meeting I went the web-site and signed up. emoticon
