Isn't it great. Nothing tastes as good as healthier feels... or something like that. I remember a few months back going to the loo, and pulling my jeans down without unzipping them, that was a first. And buying a smaller pair was glorious!

Hi there --

I am in a size 22 pant in everything and the brand I usually buy because they are shaped bigger I am in a size 20. Yeah! I cannot believe it. Total weight 285.4 and coming down. I've lost 14.4 pounds since Feb 14th. Thanks for all of your support and I am happy for all of your celebrations as well. This message board keeps me going when I've had a bad day or made an unhealthy choice. Thanks!
