Great job, and congratulations to you. So proud of you and what you have accomplished. I am hoping to be able to say that I have completed my goal by May of next year. You are a winner!

Awesome, Terri! I lost 160 pounds a few years ago, and I gained a lot back, but I can tell you the main thing that worked for me was tracking what I ate every day and logging in here and communicating with others for support and accountability. I quit doing those things after I hit my goal weight, and that's why I lost the battle. But I'm back now, in full-force! Good luck to you. Join some teams that are very active with their posts. That will help a lot, too, and make friends on here to support and encourage each day! You can do this!

My name is Terri and I live in Springfield, Mo. Since February I've lost 85 pounds while on doctor prescribed phentermine. Now i'm needing to try to lose the remainder of the weight without the medication (about 50 more pounds to lose) and i'd like to talk to people and get their take on how they lose weight!
