That sounds good in theory. But if I leave it to myself to just eat during the day. I can easily hit the 4000 to 5000 calorie mark. I need to stay at 1800 to 2000 calories per day to stay between 160 and 165 pounds. The other thing that I have learned is that if I eat anything with wheat in it, I will spend the rest of the day eating everything in sight. Food cravings are intense. If I do not eat wheat, staying at 2000 calories is a snap without any wants or cravings.
