I have been feeling this way too. I also know that the reasoning behind my mood has to do with the foods I have been eating, combined with the weather. I also went to the gym. It helps, but the weather really tends to make me depressed. I live in Oregon where it's either cloudy or raining 75% of the year. I've lived here for the better part of my 26 years, but it never seems to fail.
I think it is related to two things- Starting my TOM and the fact that I celebrated yesterday (96% in physics!) and ate green chili cheese fries. I am not sad I did, I really enjoyed them, but I think the heaviness, salt and fat content has thrown me out of whack for today.
So, how do I fix this? Go the gym, of course!
I know I feel better after a work out. I am not exercising to punish myself, or to burn off extra calories because I went over yesterday. I am going because I like to go and I know I will have more energy to do the things I need to do- like clean the apartment, do laundry, and get ready for my trip to Houston.
