Ha, done! 35 minutes yesterday and today and feeling better after a day of better eating and fitness.

Still a little cranky, though.

I'm right there with you! Tom is visiting. I need to clean. The weather is grey and blah.

I'm pushing myself right now to get up out of this chair and go for a walk.

I promise to get up and get moving if you do!

Well, it does suck that food can have such an influence on how we feel. However, just keep going. The more you work out and eat right, the better you will feel. Steps to making it a lifestyle change!

I have been feeling this way too. I also know that the reasoning behind my mood has to do with the foods I have been eating, combined with the weather. I also went to the gym. It helps, but the weather really tends to make me depressed. I live in Oregon where it's either cloudy or raining 75% of the year. I've lived here for the better part of my 26 years, but it never seems to fail.

I think it is related to two things- Starting my TOM and the fact that I celebrated yesterday (96% in physics!) and ate green chili cheese fries. I am not sad I did, I really enjoyed them, but I think the heaviness, salt and fat content has thrown me out of whack for today.

So, how do I fix this? Go the gym, of course!

I know I feel better after a work out. I am not exercising to punish myself, or to burn off extra calories because I went over yesterday. I am going because I like to go and I know I will have more energy to do the things I need to do- like clean the apartment, do laundry, and get ready for my trip to Houston.
