it's not my ankle.. it's my baby toe.. It got twisted in my sandal when I went down on my hips.. LOL My hips are fine.. It's not swollen either, but I think badly bruised. Hard to walk on my foot.. I'm walking slowly with a limp and I look like the guy having trouble getting up in the morning who says "Time to make the donuts..." I probably will try those weight ideas.. thanks!

I'm sorry to hear of your injury. I hope you put ice on your ankle for 20 min. Even though you can't workout for a few days try using weights to keep your upper body in shape. Coach Nicole has some great videos to do exercises while in a chair. That might be another possibility. Give your ankle time to heal.
