I just started on this site last Thursday. Before I came to this site I lost 44lbs on my own and have been going up 5lbs and down 5lbs for months now. I guess at least I'm staying around the same weight and haven't gained it all back, but I was just getting so frustrated that I couldn't get the last 27lbs off. I would actually be happy just losing 17lbs. I think this is the jump start I needed. Everyone on here is so supportive and that makes a world of differance. I started exercising again and I feel great. I think it really helps to keep track of your food and exercise. I've been much more conscienscious about what it is I'm eating and reading about what others have been doing to take their weight off has helped me so much. The biggest struggle I have is eating at bedtime, but I'm actually doing better than I was. I'm really hoping that I can lose 2-5lbs this month and get over this plateau. If anyone has some words of advise I would really appreciate it.
