I would start with walking a short time and build from there. I found adding a pedometer to my life really helped with the "want." I wanted to see the steps add up so I get up more often to walk from my desk at work. I find any excuse I can to walk a little here and there and it adds up. The only time I take it off is to shower - LOL. It's the last thing I take off before I go to bed. When I hit 10,000 steps I'm so excited! You don't need to get an expensive one - I got an Omron on Amazon for under $20 and it does the job!

Yes... no one can make you *want to* but the benefits of regular exercise are nearly endless; for your health, weight management, physical abilities, mood, to how much you can eat while losing weight/maintaining weight... I suggest you read up on all the benefits of both cardio and strength training, perhaps that will inspire you.
You could start small just to establish a routine. This could be committing to something simple like a 20 minute beginner yoga video 3x a week or taking a 30 minute walk around your neighbourhood 3x a week. At least for me... some days I loathe having to haul my butt up in the AM and do my routine and I force myself into it but I'm always happy after I'm done; feel accomplished, pumped for the rest of my day, proud, limber, energized, strong, etc. I feel a bit moody and out of sorts when I don't.
You can always add onto your routine later, increase intensity, duration, establish a strength training program, change the type of cardio you do. It is imperative that you find exercise you enjoy doing. If you absolutely hate it or find it boring, you're not likely to stick with it. So always try new things. See if cycling is your fit; walking, jogging/running, aerobics, swimming, jump rope, hiking, kick boxing, try different classes at the gym, different exercise equipment.
