You can get off that 15 to 20#. Low carb is what works for me since I have Insulin Resistance.

I have recently made good progress in my weight loss but have been struggling for the last month. I'm looking to rededicate myself to being healthy and making good food choices to compliment my workouts and finally reach my goals. I would like to lose the final 15-20 pounds and then continue to improve my overall fitness.
