Ashley, emoticon to SparkPeople!! I'd suggest that you find an active team or two and become actively involved! The support and encouragement can be so much help. Log in here daily if possible, stay accountable by tracking your food, find some challenges to be part of, and have FUN! You can make SP work for you! Good luck!

My name is Ashley and I'm 26. I have been living with my grandma for 9 years, and in that time I gained 110 lbs. ( At my highest weight I was 375lbs. I went down to 297, but I took a break for a while and gained a little back.) I'm engaged and my fiancé has moved to Oklahoma. I will be spending most of the school year without my grandma who is moving to OK ahead of me or my fiancé who is already there. In that time, I would LOVE to get to 180. I'm at 309 as of my last drs visit. As a college student, I have free access to the university fitness center and counseling. I want to take advantage of all the things that I can to meet my goal. I did use Sparkpeople to help when I began my weightloss journey at 375, but this is a new(er) account and I have never used the boards on a regular basis. I'm open to any advice! Thanks y'all!
