Hi and welcome. So glad you are here to make a change! I know how you felt that day, 4 years ago, I went to Kings Island amusement park, my youngest son was 8 years old and the rest of the kids were older so hubby took them to the side where the adult rides are and I took him to the Nickelodeon side where the rides are just a little slower and for a younger and/or nerves crowd. There was a roller coaster and he wanted me to go on it with him, We got in line and we got to the ride but I was to big, and he was to young to ride it alone. I had to explain to him at 8 years old that he couldn't go on this ride because I was too fat to fit in. I remember thinking I had to make a change because this was not going to happen to me again or my kids. Every year since then we have gone, the following year after that one I had to ride in a wheel chair still but I was a bit smaller and I could fit on that ride, the following year I only had to use a wheel chair towards the end and last year? Well last year I didn't have to use a wheel chair at all! You will get their, trust me, it will take time, and dedication but remember that day and remember this YOU ARE WORTH IT! I am adding a link here to a team you might like, good luck on your journey!

Hi everyone. I found out about this site from a magazine article, and it looks wonderful. I am 44 and have 6 kids. At my daughter's wedding, the I couldn't believe how big I was in the pictures. I decided to change. I've been yo yo ing for about 4 years, and I want to get stable with a healthy weight. My son just got engaged, and I'm going to look great for that wedding! The final straw came, when I couldn't get a roller coaster belt on, and all these teenagers looked so embarrassed for me, I started crying and ran out of the park. I've lost 9 pounds since that day. We're going back next weekend. Unfortunately, my husband bought season tickets to this park. emoticon
