I use a medicated powder after I shower in all the spots that have skin rubbing together. It helps me tremendously. Reapply throughout the day if needed.

Way to go! 50 pounds is incredible!

I also get heat rash in several places, which has gotten worse since I've lost weight. It's not every day, thankfully, but it is still a problem. I now wear a good sports bra (LOVE the one from Lane Bryant) and a pair of Spanx to hold myself together, lol, and after my shower I apply a baby diaper ointment to the rash. Just the cheap Wal-Mart brand. It helps sooo much. Good luck!!

Yes, I get heat rash under there, too. Got it under my thighs now, since yesterday I went shopping and sat in the hot car wearing a pair of polyester pants. Best I can say is wash well, and even use ice wrapped in a wash cloth. I have to get the "heat" out in order for it to get better. Glad ur down 50#. Losing weight is what helps.

For starters can anyone offer suggestions for red, itchy sore skin under tummy's & breasts. I hope I'm not in the complete wrong place for help. I have lost 50+ pounds over the past 18 months. I have a long way to go, and need help. Thank u.
