Hi and congratulations on beginning your Spark journey!
There's so much here to help you along the way and excellent advice to setting and achieving healthy goals. With the thousands and thousands of fellow Sparkers you will always find someone you can connect with. I am always amazed how many lives have been changed for the better through the use of SparkPeople.
If you have not already done so, I suggest that you check out the videos in the "Healthy Lifestyle" section. Scroll down for the site orientation videos. That should point you in the right direction. I find that if you just start looking around Spark, you will quickly learn about the wonderful tools available for your use. After being a Sparker since 2007, I still find something new and very useful.

Welcome to Spark people.com, congratulations on the baby as well. I have some tips along with my welcome, hope it helps. I suggest you log in everyday. Acquaint yourself with the tools because they are key in helping you get to a healthy weight. I love the articles and they have helped me more than I could ever say.
Have a blast making your page. It is your fingerprint. Change it up & make it your own. Most of us use it as a form of expression and a major source of motivation, really.
Definitely use the Nutrition tracker, there is nothing like seeing what you are eating day after day in terms of your weight and health. The Nutrition tracker will do this for you so give it a chance. Should you ever need support or have any questions, speak up we have more than our share of people who can help you.

I'm a recently new mom and i love it, but i don't love what it did to my body so much. i would like to be able to go out in public and have ppl say wow you can't even tell you just had a baby. Just looking to better my health and my appearnce. all tips are appreciated!
