How do you know that your potassium is low?

emoticon Greetings THIDRA - glad to have you onboard!

While I don't have a problem with potassium levels, here's an article that you might find helpful.

"High Potassium Foods for a Healthy Balance"

As well, there is a Diet and Nutrition Forum at

where you can ask such questions and get answers from Becky Hand, SP's dietitian and other experts.

Wishing you the best as you work on becoming healthier and more fit!!!
