I hear ya! I do good for a few days and then I lose all hope and motivation for a good week or two. It's very frustrating. My wedding isn't until next July, but I want to start now. Good luck to all your ladies!!

I'm having the same exact trouble. I'm also planning a september wedding, but am have no will power to lose the weight to even start shopping. with work and school I've given up "making"time to work out, or be active in sports, and all of a sudden its caught up with me..I'm pretty sure thats why I'm putting off dress shopping, until I actually start losing the weight.
Count me in on this one! I've got no will power or desire to get it together! I'm going to have to start dress shopping soon too! :(

OYE your telling me! my husband and i yes we got married already, eloped and decided that our wedding would be our present for reaching our fitness and health goals we both suffer from extream obesity! in the last 3 years i have dropped 100lbs but i lost so much will power to keep going. Its even harder that he is military. any ways a girlfriend of mine told me i should use spark at first it was great but with no motivation or will power its doesnt do much.. i have actually gained 5 lbs since startin... trying really hard to get back on board and stay there not for just a week or two but for like ever! im tired and frustrated, and so much more... stick to it hon! we can both succeed!

I am also getting married in September and ON THE BEACH!! Hahaha Every time I lose motivation, I just keep thinking "Nothing tastes as good as being skinny feels!" I know I'm going to want to feel that on my wedding day! Good luck!!

It really is hard to keep from binge eating especially when I am very stressed out with work and wedding preps. I think maybe having an alternative to those sweets can make a difference. Right now I try to munch on crackers or nuts instead of my usual chocolates, frappes, and chips. I know I should be cutting a bit on those too and opt for fruits or vegies, but I only tell myself, "one step at a time". Maybe next week I can add more fruits and less crackers on my munchies. :)

Oh sweetie I am in the same boat. My wedding is in 3 months and i need to lose 4 inches in bust and 5 in hips for my wedding dress but all i want to do is eat. I'm sure it's due to all the stress but being unmotivated kinda sucks. It's a vicious cycle. Good luck message me if you want to keep in touch and help each other out.

I need help!!!! I'm lacking in the will power department. I crave sweets all the time, which is not good, especially when I have a wedding dress to fit into in September. I also have NO motivation for exercise. I like to walk, but the only time I can really do it is on my lunch hour. Even then I get bored unless I have someone to talk to.
I'm just looking for someone who uses this sight to help me stay motivated, and encourage me to keep going on this journey.
