and on the weight you have lost. There is a lot of information for us on the site. Join a team and move around with in the team page as you become comfortable use one area the move on to another . If I can assist you just let me know From the start page under my trackers tab there is a spark mail click and it takes you to Sparks mail, also if you have a message at the top of the pages it says Sparks mail .Glad to have you on the journey .

I would recommend taking things slowly. Pick one or two things to concentrate on (like joining a few teams to make some friends, reading articles, or tracking food, etc) and add more activities later when you are more comfortable with the site. That's what I did when I first joined and it worked out well.
Hi Melissa, well first off let me say congratulations on the 58 pounds you've lost. That's great. I hear what you're saying about the site. Lots and lots of info, learning to get around will take a little bit of time. But will be well worth it, Im sure. Keep going girl, you're doing awesome.

Been on SP for a few weeks. I feel overwhelmed by all the information. I'm loving the site but still trying to figure out which button to click here or there to go back to either my main page, figure out if I have any mail, how to make connections on SP etc.
I'm Melissa, 44 in Kansas. I have lost 58 pounds on WW. I am still doing WW but find little to no support in the meetings or in their online service. It's very limited on contacting people or looking at articles and that sent me on a hunt to find new support an possibly friends who can support and allow me to support them, in this healthy journey.
I hope to find new friends and if you find me and I can't figure out how to find you back, please don't be offended. I just can't figure out this site, loving it but it's very overwhelming and claustrophobic in a way.
